  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Verification: In certain cases, additional verification may be required, which could delay processing.

2. Shipping Locations and Options

We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore with the following options:

  • Malaysia Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Singapore Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

3. Delivery Times

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, certain factors such as courier delays, customs processing, public holidays or natural disaster may impact actual delivery. Nutrilitic is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

Festive Season & High-Demand Periods: Please note that during festive seasons and high-demand periods, such as holidays, sales, or special promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased shipping volume. We recommend placing orders early during these times to avoid delays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery Locations: Nutrilitic currently ships only within Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot take responsibility for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on
the courier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Assistance with Lost or Damaged Packages: While Nutrilitic does not take responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit, we will
    assist you in coordinating with the courier service to resolve any issues.
