1. Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Defective Products Only: Returns and refunds are only eligible if the product you received is defective. If you receive a defective product, you must provide a clear video showing the defect upon unboxing.
  • Incorrect Orders & Addresses: Nutrilitic is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly or shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase, as we cannot offer returns or refunds in these cases.

2. Return and Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • To request a return or refund due to a defect, please email us at hello@skinpolitic.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Attach the video proof showing the defect starting from the unboxing part and include your order number.

Step 2: Return Approval

  • Upon reviewing your video, we will notify you within 2-3 business days if your return or refund request is approved.

Step 3: Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.

3. No Returns or Refunds for Customer Errors

Nutrilitic does not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Situations where the customer changes their mind after the purchase.
